(DEARBORN, MICHIGAN)

The new owners of GTA (Global Technology Associates), announced their acquisition of the company originally founded by its now former owner Burl C. Adkins. The company had recently celebrated their 30-year anniversary in the staffing industry focused on the automotive industry while serving additional business sectors. The transaction was handled by Golden Circle Advisors, an investment banking/business brokerage firm, located in Plymouth and Traverse City, Michigan. Ron Peace and Denise Everett, long-term executive employees of GTA, purchased the staffing company with plans to be recognized as an official minority firm by both State and Federal governments along with, of course, businesses pursuing minority recruitment practices.

Burl C. Adkins commented, “I am very proud of the achievements of GTA over the years including providing long-term employees of GTA become the new owners.  I certainly wish them every success in the future.
